The Challenge

The client needed a single platform to manage the entire customer lifecycle — onboarding, engagement, and renewal — instead of relying on disconnected spreadsheets and point tools that made it hard to see the full picture.

The Solution

We designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform from the ground up, with a real-time analytics dashboard, an automated workflow engine to handle lifecycle stages, and role-based access control for different teams.
